I'm back
Hello
I'm back after a looooong time... many things happened - I got married, almost finished my phd and we plan to build a house :D. But in the past weeks, I felt that the motivation to create art came back to me. So let's see what happens from now on and if I can maintain my motivation :-).
I am also on facebook, if you want to follow me there: [link]
Does anybody of you have experiences with Instragram? I heard that it is a good platform for artists, but I'm not sure if there would be an "added value" if I make an additional account there.
Stolen artwork on CreateSpace and Amazon
Several days ago, I received an E-Mail that some of my artworks have been stolen and used for book covers. These books are for sale at CreateSpace and Amazon. The "editors" of these books never once asked me for permission or anything. It seems that they use unauthorized artworks regularly - so it would be a good idea to take a look and see if they used some of your work, too!!
I wrote to the legal department of CreateSpace and asked them to remove these books. Whish me luck that everything will go well. If someone of you have experienced something similar, I would be happy if you could give me some advice how to proceed further.
All-in-all
Hello :-)
Some of you might wonder what I've been doing since the last months (or is it almost a year...?). The story behind is my current workload. It is so huge that I spend almost all of my time working. I have a job where I work up to 50 hrs a week and I also began my phd parallel to my work. I also made a one-year seminar where I learned about clinical and health psychology. My spare freetime was dedicated to my boyfriend and family. I simply could not bring myself up to draw/paint. I felt that it was too much for me, so I gave it up completely. But the last months, I feel that something is missing and I want to continue with my favourite hobby -
My facebook page
Hi !
After long years of "detesting facebook", I decided to go online to see if I can promote my artwork via facebook and maybe even sell some works. I would be honored if you visit and like my page: http://www.facebook.com/artbyanitadunkl
It seems that my artblock finally is over, I'm currently working on 3 new paintings and they look not so bad so far ;-).
I hope everybody is all right and I apologize for neglecting deviantart for so long. I try to go through all the new artwork in my inbox and I have to say: I love what I'm seeing here !
